Moroccan Mint Rub


Moroccan Mint Meat Rub is one of my favorites. I love it on charcoaled chicken. It is also excellent on lamb and pork.  Just rub your meats with oil and then sprinkle on the Moroccan Mint Meat Rub. Let sit at room temp. for 30 min to 1 hour and grill or broil as usual. This adds such flvor to your meats you won't believe it. How about some cous cous to serve with your meats. Try this one its a good one!
