Jamaican Jerk


Talk about bold flavor this is the one. You better like a little heat though because this one is not for heat haters. The spices in this rub are the perfect blend to put on your meats and then grill them. This is so easy to make a meal that seems like you have been cooking all day. Mix beer and a little roasted garlic oil in a bowl. Put your meats in and let them set in the fridge for a while. Take out and shake off the excess. sprinkle on the jerk seasoning like you would salt and pepper and squeeze a little lime over the meats and let them set a room temperature 30 min to 1 hour. Grill as usual and take in the compliments.
